New Year Fun!! We're kicking off the new year with some exciting projects taking place in the North West area of Leeds to show you lucky people how to create beats, use some pretty cool technologies that you just don't get to see everyday and to have some fun. Who could ask for more? Well be setting up at West Park Centre and the Burley Lodge Centre through January and February - read the information below and if you're interested and what to come down please get in touch and book on!
More Detail please... What will I be doing? You have the change to learn how to make music using computer software sequencers and a range of new music hardware. Facilitators will take you through the process of creating beats and melody, arranging your track, adding effects and, if you a vocalist, recording your lyrics. Whatever your preferred style of music, hip hop, RnB, pop or IDM Future Arts facilitators will be at hand to give you tricks and tips for creating your track(s). Who's is for? As you can see from the flyers the age ranges differ depending on which location you want to attend. The best thing for you to do is get in touch and register your interest - we always try to accommodate! How much does it cost me? Absolutely nothing. What do I get? You get a CD with your track(s) A compilation CD of the whole groups works A certificate of your attendance Your music up of the Future Arts website (If you want) Tracks launched onto youtube and myspace The chance to join in at a Future Arts performance with participants from other projects in Spring 2010 Wanna join in?
