Today's unemployed are becoming tomorrows unemployable
Over 1 in 5 young people are not in education, employment or training. That's a record high! You can help us unlock their creative potential and build their confidence. The results can be awe-inspiring!
We aim to tackle this problem head on by giving young people real industry experience and training in the creative and commercial sectors and the opportunity to work with successful brands and organisations. They work alongside our professional technical team as juniors to assist in delivering real work. Their input is highly appreciated by businesses who benefit from their fresh creative design ideas, therefore giving businesses an edge in their marketing campaigns. Additionally we want to build individual’s skills, confidence and develop their portfolios, giving professional experience above industry standard, gaining contacts and thereby kick-starting their careers.
The opportunities we offer through Future Routes include; internships for people aged 16-25, alongside opportunities for industry insiders to become mentors and run master classes for our young people, helping to provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge to reach their potential. We believe that collaboration can build a stronger future in the arts sector for all.
